It isn't necessarily a café, or a bar or any official sort of establishment (whether or not this is to sidestep taxes and avoid any legal issues associated with questionable activities is an impolite question to ask...)Think of it more as a rent free flop house. A run down but still vaguely welcoming place to come relax. Sleep off the previous night. Or just spend some quality gpose time.

During the soft launch phase The Red Horse will be, for the most part, an afk/hangout/gpose spot, but RP is more than welcome.What the future holds depends on the growth of the Materia community.

That is in no way a payment, particularly if you're from the Ul'Dah taxation office)You'll usually find one of them wandering the garden, or dozing in the sun room up stairs.If no one's home, it's entirely likely you have at least two functioning legs and can make it to the conveniently located market board and invest in the wonderful concept ofBYO.
